1961 Saint Patrick 1/3 bottom right corner block of 9, stamp no. 4 with very prominent "hair flaw" printed in the colour of the stamp. SG 188 var., Hib. C75 var.
A purely fortuitous variety due to foreign matter on the plate, non-constant to this position R. 5/18, nevertheless attractive and quite rare.
