Waterford & Tramore Railway, 1920 2d green with manuscript '3' in red ink used on a small "Wilson" cover with neatly handstamped address, the postage stamps neatly tied by Waterford cds's of May 1920, in the middle of the 3d period, and verifying the correctness of this rate. Only one other example of this surcharge in red ink on cover is known.
