Chancery Court, wmk. "Maces" 1867 Overprint IRELAND / FEE FUND in red on GB 1858 3d on blued, surfaced paper imperforate, with SPECIMEN handstamp in small sans-serif in red-brown, usual slight surface cracking found on this delicate issue, fine mint, slight adherence at the corners where originally affixed in a records book. Exceedingly rare.
