1889 Official cover of the US Consulate in Dublin, franked with a strip of three 1881 1d lilac with 16 dots, probably overweight the Late Fee ½d extra being disallowed, the "Late Fee" Duplex on the centre stamp being lined out by hand, the second "Late Fee" Duplex being carefully overstruck by a "normal" Dublin Duplex, various charge and postage due marks.
