Forerunner, ½d brown postcard used in 1887 to Belgium with "Jubilee" ½d orange, cancelled with an unusually fine strike of the CORK Cowall or "hooded" cancel, also showing part of the outer ring of the cancelling device. Attractive and most unusual.
