1848 Entire to Washington DC franked with embossed 1/- pale green neatly cut square, just touching at bottom right, well tied by "long" Belfast 62 numeral diamond, with orange BOSTON / SHIP and matching PAID, this latter crossed out and a 5c charge in brown-orange raised for forwarding to New York with large part matching Washington DC cds. SG 54.
Most attractive despite small faults.
