Dog Licence, 1922(?) George V wmk. "Orb/IR" 6d green and olive, with overprint FOR / DOG LICENCE in two lines as issued (Alnis #8) but with additional 2-line Free State Overprint, fine mint with hinge remainders. Unique, the only example recorded. Ex A.E. Thrill, F.E. Dixon and Col. B.B. Zellers.
