1825 EL with "zig-zag" cancel on Dublin PP

1825 Entire Letter from Dublin to Limerick, manuscript "9" in black, re-addressed back to Dublin with very fine large circular LIMERICK / 94 mileage (F/K 270) in red, 31mm diameter and with large letters, manuscript charge double to "1/6". On arrival back in Dublin, the reverse received an apparently erroneous strike of the Dublin Penny Post oval with indents (F/K 165), this being cancelled by a superb strike of the rare "zig-zag" (F/K 233) in black, and a correct "normal" oval (F/K 164) struck fully over the original Dublin octagon. Fine and clean, without filing folds or docketing. An extremely rare use of the "zig-zag" to cancel an arrival mark instead of a wrong charge.
